Back size equates to your usual dress size -

32 - US 4-6
34 – US 8
36 – US 10
38 – US 12

40 – US 14

42 – US 16

44 – US 18

If your cup size is a larger proportion. choose the size based on your dress size. and sister size the cup up or down accordingly. For example. if you are a dress size US 10 and wear a US 38G cup. you would purchase a 36DDD/F. A sister size is when you go up or down in the band and reverse for the cup. for example. a 34C sister size could be a 32D or a 36B. and a 40D could be a 38DD/E or a 42C. You can sister size multiple times if needs be.
